The Girls Cross Country traveled to the site of the State Meet for the first time in five years to run in the Clovis invitational with their eye on returning @ Thanksgiving.  The Varsity finished 8th @ 1:41.17 in the Div I race.  they were led by frosh phoneme Sydney Dreves 40th @ 19:45, Alex Dreves 48th @ 20:08, Catrina McAlister 50th @ 20:10, Caitlin Kelly 64th @ 20:36, Veronica Yee 66th @ 20:38, Giselle Sorial 73rd @ 20:50 and Tiffany Lin 80th @ 21:10.  the FS finished 16th in Div I @ 1:58.27.  The were led by Monique Spata 91st @ 23:10, Danielle Lee 92nd @ 23:11, Cora Ormseth 108th @ 23:51, Raquele Cordozo 109th @ 23:52, Amanda Wu 121st @ 24:23, Nicole Santillanes 134th @ 24:58 and Mari Nagakusa 136th @ 25:01.  In the JV race Sarah Vinopal was 64th @ 23:14, Chihiro Ito 122nd @ 25:16 and Elisa Carino 119th @ 25:07.

Pacific League Meet #2 - County Park Arcadia

The Apaches met the Burbank challenge and finished second to Crescenta Valley on the revised County Park course.  Arcadia was led by Senior Johanne Boulat 7th @ 19:07, Sydney Dreves 9th @ 19:15, Giselle Sorial 10th @ 19:16, Catrina McAlister 13th @ 19:20, Caitlin Kelly 16th @ 19:26 and Alex Dreves 17th @ 19:29.

Mt. Sac Invitational

In a tune-up for the CIF Prelims/Finals, the Girls Varsity finished 10th in their Div I race @ 1:38.52.  They were led by 46th, 48th, 56th, 66th, 72nd, 80th and 84th.  The JVs finished   in Div I @  .  They were led by Adriann Maldonado 34th @ 23:17, Sarah Vinopal 41st @ 23:42, Karen Huang 52nd @ 24:04, Chihiro Ito 67th @ 24:49, Tess Zhu 80th @ 25:29, Elisa Carino 92nd @ 26:05 and Clara Chung 102nd @ 26:21.  In the Div I Sophomore race, Monique Spata finished 28th @ 23:40, Ruyodi Duan 46th @ 24:48, Kaylee Yang 71st @ 25:47 and Raquel Cordozo 84th @ 26:56.  The Frosh finished 13th in Div I @ 2:00.28.  They were led by Danielle Lee 49th @ 22:26, Nancy Lam 60th @ 22:55, Mari Nagakusa 109th @ 25:01, Hillary Heer 112th @ 25:02, Nicole Santillanes 114th @ 25:04, Rachel Homer 137th @ 26:03 and Alex Etheridge 149th @ 26:46.

The Varsity Apaches finished second to a talented Serrano team @ 1:31.51.  The Apaches were led by Alex Dreves 7th @ 19:13, Sydney Dreves 10th @ 19:25, Johanne Boulat 11th @ 19:32, Caitlyn Kelly 12th @ 19:33 and Veronica Yee 14th @ 19:43.  The JVs finished first @ 2:01.56.  They were led by Karen Huang 2nd @ 22:44, Tess Zhu 3rd @ 24:28, Chihiro Ito 4th @ 24:36, Elisa Carino 6th 24:58 and Clara Chung 7th @ 25:10.  The FS finished second @ 1:53.57.  They were led by Danielle Lee 5th @ 22:03, Cora Ormseth 6th @ 22:12, Monique Spata 7th @ 22:36, Kaylee Yang 12th 23:17, Duan Ruoydi 16th @ 23:42, Nicole Santillanes 17th @ 24:16 and Mari Nagakusa 18th @ 24:17.

Pacific League Finals - Verdugo Park Glendale

The Varsity Apaches finished a strong second to the talented Falcons of Crescenta Valley.  For the first time in school history, the top five broke 20 minutes on the Verdugo Park course as they prepared for the CIF Prelims and their goal of making it to the CIF Finals.  The Apaches finished 2nd @ 1:39.31.  They were led by super frosh Sydney Dreves 6th @ 19:45, Johanne Boulat 7th @ 19:53, Alex Dreves 8th @ 19:54, Catrina McAlister 9th @ 19:59, Caitlyn Kelly 10th @ 20:00, Veronica Yee 13th @ 20:23 and Giseele Sorial 26th @ 21:14.  The JVs finished 3rd @ 1:56.51.  They were led by Tiffany Lin 2nd @ 21:07, Sarah Vinopal 11th @ 23:20, Karen Huang 13th @ 23:44, Tess Zhu 16th @ 25:01, Clara Chung 17th @ 25:11, Chihiro Ito 18th @ 25:15 and Elisa Carino 19th @ 25:34.  the FS finished 3rd @ 1:54.12.  They were led by Cora Ormseth 11th @ 22:07, Danielle Lee 14th @ 22:26, Nancy Lam 17th @ 22:59, Morgan Carpenter 19th @ 23:15, Monique Spata 20th @ 23:25, Ruodi Duan 22nd @ 23:47 and Kaylee Yang 25th @ 23:59.

The Apaches finished the 2007 Season with an 8th place heat finish @ 1:39.05.  They were led by Sydney Dreves 40th @ 19:35, Catrina McAlister 44th @ 19:43, Alex Dreves 49th @ 19:53, Giselle Sorial 52nd @ 19:56, Caitlyn Kelly 54th @ 19:58, Veronica Yee 56th @ 20:08 and Johanne Boulat 63rd @ 20:26.

Don Bosco Invitational

The Girls Cross Country team ran at the Don Bosco Invitational on Saturday, September 9, 2006.  They finished 7th in a field of 27 teams over the 5000KM course at Legg Lake Whittier Narrows.  Seniors - Sheri Garde finished 21 @ 21:14, Alex Dreves both @ 21:49 and Jennifer Yip 31st @ 21:50 in a field of 130 runners.  Juniors - Joanne Boulat finished 9th @ 21:13 and Adriann Maldonado 34th @ 22:54 in a field of 142 runners. Soph Tiffany Liu finished 30th @ 22:40 in a field of 167 runners and Frosh Veronica Yie finished 12th @ 21:34 in a field of 149 runners.

Phil Ryan Inviational

The Girls Varsity Cross Country team finished 3rd at the Phil Ryan Invitational on Wednesday, September 13th, 2006.  The girls finished behind San Marino and Bishop Amat over the three mile course in and around Lacy Park in San Marino.  Giselle Sorial 6th @ 20:45, Johanne Boulat 7th @ 20:54, Sheri Garda 10th @ 21:01, Roxanne Pacheco 11th @ 21:09, Alex Dreves 12th @ 21:14, Veronica Yee 13th @ 21:16 and Jennifer Yip 16th @ 21:37.

The Girls Cross Country team ran at the Mt. The Girls Cross Country team traveled south to run in the Central Park Cross Country Inivational in Huntington Beach on Saturday, October 7, 2006.  The Varsity finished 7th in a team time of 1:42:34 over the 3 mile course. They were led by Giselle Sorial 37th @ 20:07, Johanne Boulat 39th @ 20:09, Roxanne Pacheco 47th @ 20:29, Alex Dreves 56th 20:50, Veronica Yee 60th 20:57 and Jennifer Yip 81st @ 21:37.  The JVs finished 4th in a team time of 1:54:12.. The Girls Cross Country team travled to Mt. The Girls Cross Country team placed first at the Apache Invitational over the 3 mile course at Arcadia County Park on Thursday, October 27, 2006 in preparation for the pacific League Finals next week.  The Apaches were led by Freshman Alex Dreves 5th @ 19:11, Freshman  Veronica Yee 6th @ 19:12, Giselle Sorial 8th @ 19:35 and Roxy Pacheco 9th @ 19:58.
